In order to test shipment to test tracking, you can create a fake order with a fake tracking number and track it on your branded tracking page.
– Go to “Orders” tab on Shopify Store admin =>Select order without shipment => Mark as fulfilled => Add tracking => Insert Tracking Number => Select “Other” at Shipping carrier” section
– Open Order Tracking app => Shipment tab => Select Order => Edit Status => Add Tracking History => Update Tracking

– Check if the courier is supported or not. The app only can track delivery shipments from supported carriers. Order Tracking by Omega currently supports over 400 carriers across the world. Check out our list here: https://www.trackordernow.com/
– Check if the order information on Shopify is correct. The app receives data from Shopify so please make sure the information on Shopify is accurate. Sometimes, your fulfillment partners might return data to your store admin with the correct tracking number but the wrong courier name. It is automatically classified as OTHER. Many tracking tools are worse off with this error and fail to track. In case you notice there is any conflict in tracking information of your clients’ orders, please quickly contact your fulfillment partners/apps to request them to fix the glitch.

You can follow these steps to manually add shipping updates:
Go to “Orders” tab on Shopify Store admin > Select order without shipment > Mark as fulfilled > Add tracking > Insert Tracking Number > Select “Other” at Shipping carrier” section Open Order Tracking app > Shipment tab > Select Order > Edit Status > Add Tracking History > Update Tracking

Go to dashboard => Click to ‘Get old orders’

New shipments added that are pending to track, or new shipments without tracking information available yet.

For new orders synced to our app, they will get updated immediately with the latest status.
For the old orders which are already synced to our system, tracking details will be updated every 5 hours

If you can provide us your API of Royal Mail, we can integrate it with our app so that you can track orders from Royal Mail.

Go to app > Tracking Page tab > Click to asset image you wanna change – Delet the current one > Upload new image
– Save You can add a link URL for each image in Destination URL section (as image)

The app only allows customers to use Google Translate Extension to translate your whole tracking page to other languages. It’s not a fixed setting that is always applied to the page.
Customers will need to choose their language every single time they get on the page. The small translation box will be displayed on the bottom left or right side of the page depending on your setting.

The app will receive data from Shopify. Once the order is created it will be updated to our system but under order with no tracking number. After it’s marked as fulfilled and has a tracking number provided by a courier (fulfillment partner), it will be synced to our system accordingly, and detailed information can be tracked on the tracking page.
Normally, our customers use a fulfillment service from a partner/app to automatically fulfill orders and update shipment statuses in Shopify. We do not handle order fulfillment ourselves.

Summarize the performance of Delivery service in terms of
Total shipment per a period
The number of shipments based on its status
The number of delivered/undelivered shipments based on the duration of transit time
The top 3 destinations most of the shipments were delivered to

Extract the Top 3 couriers that
Are used the most based on the total shipments they have shipped
Are fastest based on the average shipping time they have used
Are most effective regarding the highest percentage of delivered shipments they have shipped
From these, the merchant could evaluate the couriers they are using and decide to continue using their top 3(s) or change their delivery partners.

Under the Dashboard tab, you can view the pricing table with detailed information. Just click the Choose plan button for which plan you want to upgrade/downgrade

Over quota means the number of shipments tracked per month is beyond your current plan limitation.
